My current job responsibility in this joint venture is mentioned below:
• MIS Reports - Job Costing Report, Cash Flow & Fund Utilization Report, Capital & Revenue Accounts Schedule Preparation, Vendor Ledger & General Ledger Reconciliation
• Accounts Payable Management - Preparation of Accounts Payable Ageing Report, Verifying & Disbursement of Payments to Sub Contractors, Suppliers & Service Providers for two project sites and Main Project Control Office as per Standard Credit Terms/Fund Allotment by CFO.
• Payroll Management - Checking & Disbursement of Staff (1200+) & Workmen (3500+) Monthly Payroll & Final Settlements prepared by assistants and Salary Journal passing.
• Cash Management - Managing Petty Expenses Checking & Approving for all 14 project sites
• Monthly BRS Preparation of all bank accounts
• Monthly Withholding Tax Return Compilation & Submission
• Assisting Finance Manager in accounting and year end Finalization/Audit etc.
• Maintaining Internal Control Systems in day to day activities
• Other duties assigned from time to time based on requirement by Finance Manager & CFO
• Fund Management for Projects
• MIS Reporting to HQ
• Finance & Accounts Coordination with Projects & Head Quarters
• Project Cost Monitoring
• Management of Accounts Receivables & Payable.
• Techno-Commercial Negotiations - Civil Subcontracts and Procurement
• Commercial Finalization and Approval of Purchase Orders, Work Orders & Service Orders
• Quantity reconciliation of Sub - contractors and Customer Bill.
• Liaison with Clients & Statutory Bodies
• Management of Administration at Cluster
• Management of Supply Chain Management as and when required
