- Preventive maintenance co-ordination, implementation and auditing of all mechanical/Electrical systems
- Implement the preventive actions according to plan.
- Creat preventive maintenance plans to optimize equipment reliability, ensuring timely and efficient implementation of the plan.
- improve the efficiency of the filling line's.
-implement all analysis tools in fix the route cause.
- Participates in the execution of major shut-down activities as per the set schedules, ensuring their timely and efficient execution.
- Follow-up on the regular maintenance scheduled of production machines.
- Reviews service process and operations reports and decide a necessary action.
- Analysis and study of special problems concerning products and spare parts.
- Assist in the training of technicians on the operation and maintenance.
- Coordinate with Suppliers/Sub contractors for the parts and maintenance of all system.
- Generate assigned area “Maintenance Weekly Report” outlining analysis of; response times, team’s productivity, spare parts consumption etc.), recommend suggestions for improvement, and submits to the Direct Manager for approval.
