• Sourcing candidates for open positions. Reviewing CVs. Determine qualifications of candidates. Scheduling interviews.
• Interviewing candidates.
• Forward joining reports with all necessary documents to personnel for employment visa processing.
• Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation.
• Developing Human Resource policies & procedures.
• Checking daily employees’ attendance.
• Approving monthly summary of employees’ attendance.
• Coordinate with PRO for visa process or cancellation.
• Requesting Clients for LOA according to Tasks Orders and Contracts.
• Preparation of documents for CNIA Pass process.
• Monitoring LOA and CNIA Passes expiry date in order to renew.
• Maintaining comprehensive, updated and accurate employee related information at all times, for quick reference for the purpose of salary, comparisons, increment and training.
• Responsible for Medical Insurance of all Employees. Processing Medical Insurance.
• Preparing and following up documentation for Embassies related to Employee’s Business Trips.
• Translations of all kind of documentation related to Russian Projects.
• Responsible for all office needs, such as Stationery replenishment, Office maintenance, Office consumables.
• Supervising Drivers, scheduling trips for meetings, site visit and other logistics issues.
• Booking Air-tickets and Hotels for visitors.
• Maintaining employee personal files, making all sensitive documents are in place
• Ensure that all personnel action forms that are submitted to accomplish recruiting, promotion, salary charges terminations, leaves absence and all other personal action are reviewed in a timely manner for compliance with the company policies and procedures
• Contact and coordinate with recruitment agencies regarding applications of aspects of recruitment
• Make draft job description formats and follow up with concerned Assistant of GM for final update
• Forward joining reports with all necessary documents to personnel for employment visa processing
• Formulate and implement human resource policies & procedures
• Review personnel evaluation forms and put forth remarks to the senior management & advising senior management for employee promotion according to evaluation
• Handle selection & recruitment department
• Review and approve daily activities reports of all employees in company
• Checking daily employees attendance
• Approve monthly summary of employees attendance
• Responsible of salary deduction, sick leaves, annual leave
• In-charge of all employees’ passports and coordinate with PRO for visa process. Issue passport to employees for their leave & other activities
• Maintaining comprehensive, updated and accurate employee related information at all times, for quick reference for the purpose of salary, comparisons, increment and training.
• Follow-up registration of company with TAKREER, ADCO, ADNOC, GASCO, ZADCO, BOROUGE.
