Working in Pediatric Emergency Department
• Daily clinical rounds and make management decisions under the supervision of the attending consultants.
• Make discharge plans and discharge patients home or to another facility in consultation with attending consultants.
• Respond to requests for assistance from the Emergency Room.
• Provide consultation services as requested for inpatients in the area of expertise.
• Participate and contribute to the educational activities of the service.
• Participate in the on-call roster.
• Conduct outpatient clinic, make diagnosis and management.
• Follow patients through their illnesses at appropriately spaced intervals
