Provide consulting, bookkeeping, payroll and tax services for (Sole, LLC, and Corporations) small and medium size businesses including family restaurants, gas stations, and service shops.
Managed office duties, including correspondence, document, filing, payroll tax, organize, receivable accounts and answering phones.
Utilized the Global Risk Management System (GRMS) to analyze and evaluate all available information on cardholders to make appropriate recommendations. Responsible for evaluating, contacting American Express card members and collect outstanding balances. Also decided on alternative collection methods in situations where contact could not be established with cardholders.
*Handle all returned payments.
*Liaison with Cashiers Department.
*Prevented further use on overdue accounts by appropriate use of relevant systems. (Cash Access/Authorization).
*Re-inform card members about the terms and conditions of membership to avoid over drafting.

*Notify authorization department in case of card suspension or restore through global risk system.
*Charge cardholders’ ability to pay by verifying their bank accounts after the cardholders’ permission.
*Maintained balance between customer service and minimizing monetary risk to the company.
*Overcame delaying tactics by cardholders by adopting skillful questioning to gain payment.
*Utilized GRMS information to evaluate the cardholder at different stages of the debt cycle: current, 30 days, 60 days, and collection.
