Participated in the following projects as a project manager:
1- Establishment of 9 railway level crossings at King Abdul Aziz Port Dammam and railway line no. 2 in Riyadh
Job responsibilities:
Supervising and receiving the civil works from Siemens Company. The civil works include the following:
• building control panel cabinets for railway guards at the different access points
• Installation the foundations of the railway signal posts, the gates, and all signaling devices
• level crossing
• laying the signaling cables
• Installing the signals on the rails and into the control cabinets
2- Rehabilitation of Al-Ahsa Industrial City in the Eastern Province
Job responsibilities:
Supervised and received of the following:
• Civil works
• Rainwater drainage networks
• Main and sub street lights
• Renovation of factory entrances
• Construction of new roads for the city and maintaining old roads
• Renovation of the Al-Ahsa Governorate building
• Construction of a new gate for the city
3- Renovation of Prince Mohammed Villas in the Half Moon Bay near Al-Khobar
Job responsibilities
• Supervised the renovation of the villas (first phase) which included the following works: internal lighting system, painting, carpentry, sanitary, and furnishing
• Supervising the construction of the landscape, public and private swimming pools, and the beach and restaurants area
• Supervised the construction of the new gate
• Supervised the implementation of the new fire alarm and security system
• Supervised the construction of the new power plant
4- Construction of the Global Steel Dust Gulf LLC factory
Job responsibilities
• Supervised the construction of the Global Steel Dust Gulf LLC factory in the 2nd industrial city of Dammam on a 50000 meter-square area.
• Supervised the main works in the factory structure which included road pavement and so on
• Supervised the construction of the factory fences
• Supervised the implementation of all mechanical works include equipment installation and the main and sub lines, storage areas, and so on.
• Supervised all the electrical works inside and outside the factory
• Supervised the installation and trial of all fire distinguishing systems, alarm systems, communication, internet, and surveillance.
5- Supervision of the Projects in Al-Oyoon City in Al-Ahsa Governorate and its affiliated villages
Job responsibilities
• Managing 26 projects in terms of coordinating between the municipality contractors and all service-provider entities (drainage, electricity, sewage, communication, and transportation). Coordination included arranging for weekly and monthly follow-up meetings, checking work progress based on the set timelines, removing any obstacles, providing solutions to help contractors complete their projects on the set deadlines for finishing the projects, in addition to preparing monthly reports.
• Revision and approval the designs provided by contractors for road and garden constructions in the villages affiliated to Al-Oyoon city.
• Supervised the implementation of road construction, arrangements and roundabouts
• Supervised the implementation of maintenance works in the streets, parking areas, school areas in the city and its affiliated villages
• Supervised the construction of the new gardens in the city and its affiliated villages
• Supervised the construction of irrigation systems and wells and the installation of water pumps and water tanks and connecting them to the wells to irrigate the gardens
