- Maintenance and operation of fire protection system .
- Maintenance and operation of CCTV security cameras .
- Maintenance and operation of Sound systems .
- Maintenance and operation of magnetic closing system for doors .
- Maintenance and operation of Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Plant ( RO Plant ) .
- Maintenance and operation of Sewage Treatment Plant ( STP Plant ) .
- Maintenance and operation of Swimming pools systems and sport halls .

- Maintenance and operation of water supply system and its feeding pumps .

1- Work for Two years in Saudi Arabia in I-man Company in STC (Saudi Telecom Company) maintenance and opearation project for GSM and Exchanges Sites in Riyadh city in:
1- Maintenance of diesel generators ( KOHLER, Cummins, Duetz, CAT ) .
2- Maintenance of ATS panel.
3- UPS unit (MGE UPS, LIBERT UPS)
4- Maintenance of all Rectifier type as (Braga Moro rectifier, Emerson, lucent Tyco), battery, fire alarm system .
5- Maintenance of all Air Conditioner unit as (Chiller unit (York, Trane, Carrier ), package unit, all split unit type and all chiller water pump .
6- Overhauling of all Chiller Compressors.
2 - Work for Three years in :
* Maintenance and operation of diesel generators "CAT, VOLVO, CUMINES" in Shark owinat armed forces farm.
* Electrical Installations for buildings of shark owinat armed forces farm “ Electrical contracting in the farm".
