متابعة مراحل التنفيذ كاملة من اعمال استلام الموقع والتخطيط واعمال الحفريات الخرسانات والمباني واعمال التشطيبات وطلب المواد وعمل المستخلصات الشهريةوادارة العمالة الموفرة من ادارة الشركة ومقاولي الباطن كذلك عمل مسيرات الرواتب لموقعين بمدينة حفر الباطن مملوكين لادارة التربية والتعليم بالمنطقة
1- Project management.
2- Site Supervision for all works " planning, Foundations, concrete, finishing"
3- Write monthly and yearly reports.
4- all the site civil work ( setting out, checking form-work, checking reinforcement, preparing and managing for casting concrete, material control, roads test, asphalt works, sewage system, ).
5- Checking of subcontractor works bills.
6- Preparing of Monthly Progress report.
7- Preparing the interim weekly payment for the head office.
8- HSE (health, safety and environment) interim report and the accident report.
1. Managing site work with following up the program schedule.
2. Review civil drawings.
3. Check and approved any design detail updated due to difficulties, modification and changes
4. Quality control for the contractor supervision civil work.
5. Quality control for checking drawing & contractor quantities.
6. Preparing monthly & timely progress report about the site work.
7. Do all the tests to control the quality (sieve analysis, slump test, compression cube test, Smith hummer, concrete core test, soil compaction tests…etc) for the materials.
8. Checking the contractor's works bill.
1. All the site civil work ( setting out, checking formwork, checking reinforcement, preparing and managing for casting concrete, material control ).
2. Checking of subcontractor works bills.
3. Preparing of Monthly Progress report.
4. Preparing the interim weekly payment for the head office.

1. Supervision work in progress and staff performance.
2. Checking, altering (required) and approving of estimations.
3. Overall financial checking (Salaries, Petty cash …etc).
4. Other administration works in the absence of Manager.
