- manage and direct team comprising of Civil, Electrical & Mechanical Engineers and technicians
- manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
- prioritize, schedule & draw work plans to complete the projects on time
- Effective decision making, problem solving & influencing skills with ability to manage varying needs and prioritize activities to ensure smooth flow of project
- Identify resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
- Responsible for preparing schedules, controlling work progress to timely delivery the projects.
- Prepare status reports, such as monthly progress analysis / schedules and control billing and payments to contractors.
- Supervise documentation of all significant project events
