Reporting general manager -KSA
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and ensure meeting/exceeding them.
Provide supervision through field visits, observations and measurement of results and monitoring competitors activity.
Involved WS and KA plans, activities, joint promotions, loyalty programs, expansion plans, etc.
Develop and implement effective credit policies for KSA with needs approval of the GM to meet growth targets
Build and sustain relationship with key customers and monitor contracts, negotiating terms within the company’s pricing strategy and approval matrix to meet volume and profitability targets.
Coach, develop, mentor, monitor and appraise team members to maintain organizational effectiveness.
Ensure effective coverage of each territory by managing the cost effective utilization of the distribution fleet and resources to ensure on shelf availability and market shares.
Monitor and liaison with unit Managers to analyses sales by SKU/salesman/territory, credit limits and days sales outstanding (DSO) and profitability and support realization of territory goals.
