update master record.
Study and evaluate all AD and its applicability, effectivity and implication to comply the same on the fleet.
Maintain AD compliance list for each aircraft in the fleet, engine, APU and components separately as per
ADCL format.
Study and evaluate all SB/SIL/AOT/VSBs and other modification documents and their applicability,
effectivity and implication to comply the same on fleet aircraft.
Assigning of applicable MODS to the applicable newly inducted aircraft.
Preparation of engineering order, to provide technical disposition for repairs, modifications, inspection or
other maintenance/operational actions.
Analysis daily MEL, delays and repetitive snag status and take necessary actions thereof.
Issuance of callouts for repetitive natured snags as per Trouble Shooting Manual.
Preparing daily delay defect report and submit to DGCA.
Investigate the components involved in incidents/ premature removal.
Assisted in monitoring, controlling and provision of loadable software on avionics LRUs.
Worked in the process of obtaining Special Operation (PBN and ADS-B) Approvals.
AIRCRAFTMAINTENANCE - MECHANIC
Removals, Repairs and Installation of Power plants, Engine components, APU, Control surfaces, Lift devices,
Line Replaceable Units, hydraulic equipment, Engine fan blade lubrication, fuel pump, oil cooler.
Associated in wheel change, brake change, replacements of MCD module, IDG, hydraulic pump, igniter plug,
bleed valve, PRSOV, pre-cooler, heat exchanger, thrust reverser, engine cowl.
Associated in carrying out of 500 hours check and month checks (12, 24, 36, 48 etc.).
Associated in 8 year, 9 year and 10 year inspections on airframe, wing, fuel tank, and cabin maintenance.
