Complete responsibility of the smooth working of the Project, Co-ordination with client consultant for completion of the scheduled work in time and quality.attend subcontractors, consultant, conference meeting regarding work progress and drawing issue.Prepare requirement of material.check all running account bills prepare by the engineer and submit them to the office.Execute the Project within budget and schedule and ensure proper preparation of variations and cost control reports, progress measurements systems and productivity reports.Plan all Project construction activities, manage and control the construction techniques of the projectCo-ordination with Plant department and site personnel for the construction equipment, Concrete, and monitor the productivity

• Following up on Non Conformance Report issued by the Consultant to the Contractor, to see that corrective action is implemented by the Contractor
• Reviewing project schedule, comparing planned and actual progress, initiating measures to mitigate delays.
• Assist all site Engineering’s and Subcontractors and ensure compliance to all Project Schedule and Budget and evaluate all associated equipment’s and workforce to meet all design equipment

• Administer all operation for subcontractor field activities and prepare all report on every day bases.
Co-ordinate with survey team and Prepare work schedule as per construction project and collaborate with suppliers and concrete to ensure compliance project drawings and specification.
• Analyse and prepare plans for permanent material requisition.
• Documents for all civil field activities and perform regular inspection to check progress of all works.
• Monitor and implement all safety programs for project for assigns areas.
• Preparing daily activates report and send to the client through mail every day.
• Co-ordination with Plant department and site personnel for the construction equipment, Concrete, and monitor the productivity.
