RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Managing end-to-end supply chain operations for 55000 MT per annum across India.
• Achieved 10% reduction in logistics cost through contract negotiation and carrier optimization.
• Monitoring operational efficiency of supply chain operation through ERP system and identify

supervising distribution and logistics with 3PL partners.

implementation by regular visits to project sites for achieving business goals.

• Oversaw a team of 93 employees, including 12 Engineers, 69 Associates and 12 Coordinators with full accountability for hiring and termination.

• Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production processes, inventory management, quality control, and logistics.

• Recruit, train, mentor, and manage plant staff, including supervisors, engineers, production teams, and support personnel.
• Implement best practices and process improvements to optimize production efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify
areas for improvement.
• Ensure the proper maintenance and reliability of plant equipment and machinery to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Enforce and oversee maintenance activities, including preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Establish and enforce quality control measures to maintain high product quality and meet industry standards and regulations.
• Implement quality management systems and processes.
• Develop and manage the plant's budget, including cost control measures, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement budgetary efficiencies.
