Since, Jan.-2013 to April-2016 worked at Solb Steel Company(Jizan economic city), Saudi Arabia and looking after in material movement, finished products, complete billets handling, partial in PPC also.
Working as Foreman, Operation in finishing lines from Commission period (Hot slitting & Re-coiling, Cut-to-length & Cold Slitting & Re-coiling lines). Presently Looking after Day-to-Day activities to achieve optimum Quality output, coordinating with PPC, Logistics & Dispatch & Maintenance. Monitoring the operation through Level 1, 2 & 3 Automations. My job involves Training to Saudi nationals, conducting Safety circle meetings & Audits, Preparing work instructions & procedures. Acting as SUPERVISOR during his absent and controlling 40 employees through shift Foreman. Since, Sep.2005, working at Billet bay as a Foreman. Looking after billets scheduling, dispatch, logistic movements to Rolling mills etc., apart from safety implementations as per Company requirements. Having knowledge in SAP- R/3, relates with Billets dispatch, movements, Goods Issue & Receipt, updating etc.,
Overall control of online quality production of HR Blanks, Shearing, Picking, Phosphating and Painting of bumper liners. Co-ordinate with Purchase, Despatch, Maintenance, Suppliers & Customers.
Responsible for Scheduling, On-line Quality production of HR & CR Slitting, Cut-to-length lines and Picking lines
Responsible for Planning, On line Quality production, Vendor Development, Despatch & Co-Ordination for meeting the Targets.
Responsible for receiving HR Coils, Planning & Production at Slitting and Semi-Continuous Picking, Control over Effluent Treatment plant & Consumables.
Responsible for On-line Quality production of HR Slitting and Pickling, Co-ordination with 20-Hi Reversible Rolling Mill & Maintenance.
Responsible for on-line quality production at HR plate slitting, batch Pickling, Cold Forming mill, Phosphating and painting, Co-Ordination with PPC, Maintenance
Responsible for Stage inspection of all machined parts, Structures and Assembled Girders.
Responsible for Receipt inspection of HR Plates, Stage inspection of Fabricated parts and Assemble EOT Cranes.
