Key Achievements:
• Lead implementation of new ERP system for Dubai, Kenya, Uganda and Indian office which helped in:
o centralizing financial record keeping & real time monitoring of accounting work
o setting monthly MIS reports for management decision making
o effective stock management by eliminating stock pilferage & selling off non-moving stock
o With effective stock control and timely information, overall GP margin was improved from average of 25.16% (2018) to 42.21% (2020)
