• Review and improvement of Quality Control Procedures to implement various requirements of International Standards like ASME, Shell Dep, Client specification and ISO etc.
• Material Co-ordination, Identification of materials & review MTCs as per applicable codes & client specifications.
• In process inspection, Welding inspection, PWHT, Final & NDT inspection of Vessel, Tanks & Heat Exchangers.
• Monitoring Welder performance, repair rate and conducting visual inspections of welds and repairs of welds in accordance with Company procedures and international Codes of practice.
• Preparation of Final Quality Documentation, NDT reports and submission to the client for final approval.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for fabrication of Foam Tanks, Foam Monitoring Skids, Storage tanks & Piping Spools as per client specification.
• Inspection of Raw Materials, Checking Materials test certificates and making in process inspection report.
• Responsible for all pre-and post-fabrication activities. i.e., Marking and cutting on plates, forming of shell, dish ends and cones, final assembly and nozzle fitment, Weld visual Inspection, leg or skirt or saddle fitments, final dimension measurement, hydro test.
• Interpretation of Radiography film as per Codes & Client Specification.
• Final dimension check, NDT inspection and Visual inspection of vessel & Tanks.
• Examination of Final Hydro Test, Painting, Packing & Dispatch of Foam Tanks, Piping Skid.
