1.To handle entire accounts of Inter Branch and Inter co. reconciliation.
2.Reconcile the Creditors Statement (Hotel & Ticketing) and Payments preparation.
3.To handle the entire BSP operation of Air ticketing & also responsible for the following activities :-
•Finalization of fortnightly payment to Airlines both Domestic and International Travels.
•Submission of SSAN (Sales Summary Adjustment Note) reports to respective airlines.
•Getting all Refunds and ACM from respective airlines.
•Review PLB scheme and submitting to the respective airlines as per their format.
•To get the inter branch and inter-company reconciliation done on weekly basis.
•To keep a check on daily operation and the same was reporting to the Manager Accounts.
•To keep a track and control of daily collection and payment.
To keep a track in budget airlines daily basis (Air India Express/Air Arabia/Air Blue/ Shaheen Air, Fly Dubai, Bahrain Air & Indigo Airline).

4.To handle the Receivable clients & also responsible for the following activities :-

•Thorough maintenance of the receivable accounts.
•Having a record of the correct due dates.
•Following the correct procedure while collecting the due amount.
•Issuing the correct receipts for the amount that is paid with the right dates and calculations.
•Following up on the collection of the due amount.
•Coordinating with the debtors company to make sure good relations is maintained at all times.
•Reporting the daily transactions to the higher authorities.
•Calculating the bad debts and writing them off during the balancing of the books.
•If at all any problems regarding collections, they have to take up the matter with the higher management.
