 Developing reliable sources for supply of material and finalize procurement contracts on most competitive terms. Maintain regular follow up with the vendors to ensure deliveries within prescribed schedules.
 Planning, implementing and rationalizing processes to minimize direct and indirect costs of the organization viz. material cost, warehousing cost, labor cost, indirect expenses and overheads without compromising on the quality.
 Developing budgets, source and develop new components from existing supplier base to ensure uninterrupted supplies.
 Streamlining the purchasing system, manage material procurement, price negotiation, maintain adequate inventory and rationalize processes to reduce cost and register profits.
 Developing quarterly, half yearly and yearly quantitative stock summary of finished goods, semi-finished goods and raw materials. Ensuring compliance of all statutory liabilities like filing Sales Tax return, Excise Returns, Service Tax Returns, Half Yearly Returns etc.
 Maintaining regular coordination regarding periodical Central Excise audit and returns across all branches.
 Undergone training on "effective collection and liquidation of old outstanding payments”.
