Main responsibilities:
• Preparing job descriptions based on the requirements given by divisional managers
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, posting advertisements in news papers, employee referrals, consultancies etc
• Short listing candidates by conducting initial screening based on the requirement and assess their suitability for the position
• Conducting online tests if necessary
• Maintain the candidate database and generate reports whenever required
• Complete coordination with divisional managers and senior management for the entire recruitment process
• Salary Negotiation and offer release for the selected candidates
Additional responsibilities in recent period:
• Given a team of three people to handle various tasks including one junior recruiter and two more to supervise below mentioned activities

6. Probation and Exit Interviews

My roles as Senior Executive - Talent Creation:
•Part of the Campus Team, responsible for identifying various colleges and conduct recruitment drives
•Taking care of end-to-end Campus Recruitments (across South India),
•Campus Relationship Building activities and Branding related activities.
•Support the other channels of hiring in off-campus season.
•Coordinating and handling job fairs
•Salary negotiations & Offer release
Contacting and coordinating with all companies for organising Campus placements for all final year students (B.Tech/MBA/MCA).
Training students on all aspects of corporate requirements to maximise placements.
Designed a module called “PLACEMENT MODULE”, which will help students to improve interpersonal skills, communication skills, resume preparation, handle various types of interviews, online tests etc.
My roles as Sr.Executive-Human Resources:
•Handling a team of three and headed campus recruitment for South India.
•Interviewing candidates as one of the panel members.
•Coordinating and handling job fairs, consultancies, alternate channel drives.
•Handling individual program recruitment based on client requirements.
•Coordinating with sourcing, front office and offer letter teams.
Was felicitated with the ‘Bravo Extra Miler Award’ for the month of September 2008 - “one man show for handling end-to-end recruitment process for Sutherland Client”.
My roles as Shift Supervisor:
•Managing a team of 10 members.
•Cash and Till management.
•Replenishment of stock.
•Ordering and taking deliveries of stock.
•Managing and achieving the set Sales Target every week.
