Responsibilities include, Review the Contract Quality Plan, Project Specification & Drawings to understand the scope of work and prepare, organize to carry out inspection for E&I equipment installation, testing and commissioning as per client requirement. Generates Quality Control Procedures and Inspections & Test Plans including the associated Installations & Tests Inspection Forms/Checklist for the installations, testing and pre-commissioning activities.
Responsible for the review of sub-contractor QCP / ITP & Ensure that the work has been carried with approved documents & Standard drawing at site. Providing Periodic Training & guidance to Sub-contractor personal to achieve the maximum quality in E&I work at every stage of work at site. Liaised with the Client’s representative, Vendors, Project Site Engineers/Supervisors to coordinate quality issues including engineering queries, and the schedule of inspection/testing activities and ensure that communication are exist and maintained, and provide assistance when requested. Responsible for day to day planning and handling / organizing E&I QC’s for Inspection and testing activities at site (as per Hold/Witness/Surveillance & Review Points).Ensuring Various stage of Inspection (Materials/Installation/Final Inspection) activities & Rise documents if any non-conformance identified as per Project Specification & Vendor drawing / Documents. Involved in Quality walk-through with the end-user/customer & monitoring /recording the punch points to identify quality related issues & implement best practices. Maintaining all QA/QC Records (Inspection Requests, Materials acceptance & Installation Inspection Check sheets, Test Records, NCRs, ) at site as per project requirements. Sound knowledge & Understanding of International standards and codes such as NEC, IEC, BS, NFPA70, NETA, IEEE, ASTM, ANSI, UL, SASO, SAES, etc. Total handing over of system with construction / commissioning dossiers, as - built documents & completed punch list.

Responsibilities include, Monitor and inspect the Electrical and Mechanical erection, installations, and commissioning
activities of the contractor with regard to progress, compliance with the contract, construction drawings, applicable
codes/standards, quality, safety and environmental acceptance. Review and approve the Shop drawings, as built
drawings, Material submittals, Method of statements, Inspection & Test plan, Request for inspection report, Variation
orders, Payment certificates, and O&M manuals throughout the project execution. Prepare the progress report for the
Weekly and monthly, attending the regular meeting with contractors, project managers, and higher level management
in the organization and discussing work progress as per planning schedule, quality of work, and issues concern on site.
Assisting in Electrical design, preparation of B.O.Q, Tender documents, Design drawings and calculations based on local
and international standards. Receive and implement instructions given by the Project Manager and coordinate with
contractor’s team to advice on the execution of the work.
Worked with Seder Group Trading and Contracting Company, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia as an Electrical O&M
Engineer.
Plan, organize and provide system engineering support and supervision for the operation, maintenance, modification, trouble-shooting and repair of the 13.8KV substation, 415/230V power network, low voltage equipment, backup power systems, substation equipment, Low Current Systems, Life safety System and various associated systems in the plant. Responsible for facilities management contract document, tender document, operation and maintenance manuals, deliver and review maintenance SOPs in alignment with Asset Management System. Prepare, plan & analyses the maintenance & project activities. Study and analysis electrical assets for the purpose of implementing control measures and improvement projects that shall lead to the reduction of the asset failure risks, the reduction of the asset life cycle costs while maintaining desired level of services and the proper planning of capital assets replacement plans. Ensure the timely execution of maintenance (preventive maintenance, shutdown)/ project plans as per schedules. Managing monthly and weekly PPM schedule for all electrical systems and specialist systems. Lead, ensure, and contribute for the workplace safety e.g. \[PTW (Permit system), JSA (Job safety analysis), toolbox talk, contract employee safety, BBS (Behavior based safety), electrical safety. Familiar to the international standards and codes such as IEC, BS, NFPA, IEEE, NEC, UL, ANSI, ASTM, NETA. Excellent understanding of, like Fire Alarm & Detection System, Emergency & exit lighting, Alarm & Security Monitoring, Access control system, & Alarm & Security Monitoring
