Job Specifications:
•Perform detailed electrical panels assembly up to 6000A LV panels for customers.
•Receive projects kits and materials needed for assembly as required to meet specific Electrical quality standard.
•Assemble and layout detailed electrical control panels (Deep sea module and PLC) by means of direct hand equipment coordination.
•Follow clear detail assembly drawings, point to point schematics wiring diagrams and detailed instruction and specification.
•Keeping of detailed record, data and cut sheets as required.
•Test and commission assembled automation, synchronized and low voltage panels to ascertain proper function.
•Travel to every site locations for inspection, monitoring and reporting of performance, routine preventive maintenance and recording panels(deep sea module and PLC)
•Diagnose cause of electrical and electronics malfunction of backup power equipments.
•Perform preventive maintenance for uninterrupted power supply and battery system
•Interfacing with the Project Clients, attending site meeting and providing solution to problems.
•Knowledge of the use of service and technical manual in troubleshooting.
•To ensure all service and customer requirement are meant.
•Electrical Installation &Networking.
•Work with the quality control engineer for test running the panels.
•Operate within the company’s safety standard and in accordance with OSHA and state regulator.
Section : Project.
Technical Responsibilities:
•Interfacing with the Project Clients, Consultants &Stake Holders.
•Project Execution and Control.
•Managing Contract Deliverables.
•Prepare specification for purchase of materials or equipment and assessing customer’s requirement and ensure they are met in compliance with standard.
•Overall site administrator, manage project resources and manage day to day activities of the workers on site.
•Daily project report and progressive report at quarterly months of the year.
•Production of shop drawings for the project and constructed drawings with full installation details.
•Explain the work methodologies to the workers and supervising force to ensure that the works are done as per requirements by the project clients.
•Contributing to overcoming technical challenges on project with the clients.
•Follow up work program by the clients.
•Prepare technical drawing, specification of electrical system to ensure installation and operation confirm to standard and customer requirement. .
•Develop Electrical building design and follow approved checklist during installation.
•Prepare Bill of Quantity (BOQ) if required and interfacing the project client with the variation in the BOQ if arise.
•Give all information regarding the progress of the work indicating the cause of deviations between the program and the work carried out and propose solutions and/or request instructions to overcome these problems.
•Ensure projects run smoothly and completed within the budget and on time.
•Ensure proper discipline workflow, interfacing with all the project organization.
•Carry out all tests and create maintenance schedule after complete installation.
•Demonstrate and promote the company’s values
•Directly responsible for all your workers of the project by ensuring that the project execution will be done in according to all applicable health, safety and environmental (HSE) standard according to the site policy.
•Ensures that incidents/accidents are reported promptly and investigated.
•Organizes the daily toolbox meetings and ensure that the workers are present.
•Familiarizes himself with company and site policies and procedure for safe working and disseminates his knowledge to his workers.
•Ensures that before work starts, a permit to Work is obtained and understood where applicable.
•Ensures site is restored to safe condition on completion of daily works.
•Sets good examples at all time.
•Champions the hazard and effect management process for the project.
