Taking up the coordination tasks. Receive tenants complains and coordinate daily work of the maintenance team. Performing clerical and secretarial duties. Taking care about filling system and making sure that the system is up-to-date.
1- Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
2- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.

Managed executive's schedules, arranged business trips for GM. Arranged company filling system. I was ordering an office supplies and maintaining the office budget. And performed general office duties, such as typing, answering tel. calls, sending an e-mails, faxing the documents.
