• Office Administration & Logistics:
o Welcome visitors and offer refreshments & attend to supplier and walk-in guests

o Continuously develop and implement new administrative systems
o Maintain office equipment, stationery, and inventory of pantry supplies
o Manage petty cash requests, LPO request form, office expenditure budgets, and expense claims
o Manage office maintenance and repairs, and coordinate IT related problems with our IT company
o Handle courier packages, and coordinate with courier companies (pick up, parcels, etc...)
o Coordinate with Tecom, Du and other governmental sectors (official letters, requests, and work permits)
o Handle insurance request and coordinate with the insurance company with the coordination of the HR
o Collaborate with publishing company for Company collaterals (business cards, letterheads, envelopes, notebooks, etc.)
o Manage housekeeping team and company drivers and their workday schedules
o Coordinate with drivers for Accounts & Sales Department in bank transaction, invoices deliveries, cheque collection, deliveries, collection of
contracts, sales’ materials, cashier rolls & artworks. o Prepare delivery notes and receiving copies
o Manage travel arrangements, restaurant bookings for business meetings, hotels reservations, etc. o Passport renewals and travel visas arrangements
o Provide clerical and administrative support
o Submit and follow up medical insurance claims
• Admin/HR Support:
o Assist with staff records ensuring are well-maintained and always updated
o Assist with recruitment life cycle (screening, scheduling, coordinate interviews) o Assist with On-boarding (desk organizing, personal emails, stationary, etc.)
