▪ Providing overall coordination and ongoing evaluation of operations in order to identify opportunities for
enhancement and exploitation
▪ Determine the seasonal budget in coordination with Country Managers and review performance against
operating plans and standards
▪ Suggest and guide specific brand training while ensuring compliance with the set standards and making
recommendations for effectiveness improvement
▪ Draft and submit, on a monthly basis, financial and non-financial brand performance reports to the F&B
Responsible of managing 11 outlets in Kuwait; 4 different brands: PAUL, Butcher Shop & Grill, Kosebasi
and Columbus Cafe
▪ Achieving financials and operational objectives, submitting information for premises budgets
▪ Analyzing and managing variances for quality and cost control
▪ Coordinating with F&B brand managers new menus, promotions and development of the operation
▪ Recruiting, training, motivating and evaluating staff to ensure operation has the necessary skill base and
maximize their potential in achieving group targets
Responsible of managing 5 PAUL restaurants as well as the central kitchen
▪ Overseeing day-to-day operations of multiple outlets
▪ Collecting data and preparing consolidated division financial reports to support management decisions
▪ Liaises with back office operations (IT, purchasing, maintenance and inventory) to ensure that all system is
in place and operational
▪ Maintaining high customer satisfaction by supporting managers in guests relations
Responsible of launching the catering department of PAUL
▪ Organized, planned and executed the outside caterings
▪ Ensure respect of quality of reception and service clientele
▪ Holding compliance with internal standards in all fields and sectors
▪ Recruited, supervised and motivated staff up to 25 employees
▪ Ensured budgeted financial results are attained
