Ensured that expediting and shipping units served as chain links to complete the
loop with procurement sta􀃬, allowing the project operational deadlines and
milestones to be met.
Communicated and liaised appropriately with customers/ suppliers/enquirers

recommendations for operational policy, procedures and goals.

Led the Procurement team on key initiatives, executing of plans and the
development of strategies in Drilling Operations for cost savings, cost
reductions and vendor rationalizations.

Managed equipment acquisition as well as daily operations such as but not
limited to; process enhancements, technical procedure reviews, root cause
