Researching and applying relevant attraction methods including, Google Search Engine Optimisation, social networking through Linkedin and other websites and job board usage.

•Ensure and train line managers in the effective and accurate use of the recruitment management system

During this period, 50 per cent of my time I managed all recruitment and recruitment related activities across the region, the remaining 50 per cent was dedicated and charged to a project setting up a new Environmental, Health and Safety department for the Al Ain Municipality (Local Government Office). •Manage 150+ vacancies across the Middle East Regional Offices
•Restructured the recruitment process and teams and formalised the HR/Recruitment Coordinator's activities.
•Build working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
•Produce Monthly and Quarterly reports for the Regional Management Board.
•Provide training and guidance to all HR/Recruitment Coordinators
Al Ain Project
•Provide a consultancy service for all aspects of Recruitment to the Municipality
•Produce and submit a Recruitment Strategy/Plan and Job Descriptions
•Production and submittal of Job Descriptions and remuneration packages for all positions
•Provide recruitment reports, tables and stats to the project manager
•Attract, shortlist and interview all candidates for the project, including National Emirati's
•Organising and managing the Atkins stand at a major careers fair event
•Monitoring recruitment budget and spend

Accomplishments
The ambitions 5 year growth plan of SSH resulted in the company growing from 400 to over 1000 employees in 18 months. As Recruitment Manager, I have taken the lead role ensuring the recruitment targets of all divisions continue to be met.
