My financial responsibilities encompassed a capital budget of £8.5 million plus an operating budget of £36 million. The weekly volume throughput is over 2.4 million cases per week. I was also responsible for the company's Supply chain strategy.

• Turnaround of an operation, which had continually fallen short on service criteria to stores, failed to achieve productivity standards and therefore did not meet costs.
• Through CPFR (Collaborative Planning Forecasting &Replenishment) reduced £9.3 millions of stock in the business.
• Project Plan and implemented National Automated Distribution centre with mini automated cross docking sites.
• Implemented E3, developed VMI &EDI with major suppliers.
• Implemented various strategies, which saved the business £ 3.25 million per annum.
• Implemented Dallas warehouse system across 3 Rdcs with no disruption to the business.
