Duties and Responsibilities: • Responsible for executing / witnessing stage and final inspection as per plan. Ensure that all stage inspections
are completed before final inspections and are performed as per inspection & test plans in QMS.
• Ensure that Inspection reports are initiated during inspection, filled accurately, signed, approved and filed
properly.
• Ensure that products ready for delivery have permanent identification tag somehow affixed on equipment,
packing is as standard plan and all rejection reports related to product are closed and signed off.
• Authority to stop any non-conforming work. Responsible for segregating non-conforming products and initiate
rejection reports. Implement Control of non-conforming procedure on shop floor. Responsible for maintaining and updating rejection log file.
• Monitor product/material identification by means of work order tags is maintained during work in-progress.
• Monitor identification of material and components on shop floor is maintained.
• Monitor routing of work orders and no work carried out in shop floor without work order.
• Monitor that preventive maintenance is carried out and records are filled.
• Carried out Dye penetrant test ( DPT) for in house production jobs.
• Responsible for ensuring proper packing of products ready for dispatch.
• Monitor that all measuring tools in use have valid calibration. Authority to take un-calibrated tools out of commission.
• Responsible for the execution of total quality control in the workshop.
• Authority to ensure the implementation of the quality procedures and work instructions in the workshop.
• Verifying and coordinating the project / system quality.

• Overall in charges various QA activities which includes handling and monitoring of customer claims, calibration
monitoring and other customer relations activities related to quality.
• Initiates and implements all quality assurance programs. Coordinates with officer all validation of process
controls and specification of new and existing products.
• Monitors in-process parameters per QA and Production Controls.
• Verifies the status of in-process products and finished products and inform production manager/supervisor/s of the concern proper action.

• Assist in the assurance of strict compliance of all Production, QA, and Utilities personnel.
• Attends to the related external ( plant visit and seminar) and internal quality and safety program of the company.
• Verifies randomly, inspection of Production, QA and Utilities personnel to determine with the compliance to Group Manufacturing Practices and Regulations.
• Prepare samples per customer request/s or for identical laboratory analysis requirements.
• Review production output report and prepares products / rejects report on a daily basis. Report disposition of rejects and / excess of production.
• Maintains the usability and fitness for use ( non-defective) status of equipment, measuring instruments or any related to their function officially issued by management or superior, i.e vernier caliper, micrometer, bore
gauge, etc.
• Helps develop, update and maintain procedures and documentation for all quality systems and process control
plans.
• Prepares new design of products, mold die and revision of drawing as per customer requirements using
AUTOCAD SOFTWARE.
