I support the Marketing & Sales team in executing their events for Oracle and manage the execution of contracts. I onboard new suppliers into the system if they are not already registered. I collaborate with the contracts team to negotiate contract terms and work with Purchasing to release POs. Additionally, I ensure invoices are processed and suppliers are paid on time, facilitating smooth event execution without any issues.
I oversee invoice and payment processing operations for the AMER region, streamlining Source-to-Settle (S2S) workflows to enhance operational efficiency. As the primary point of contact for Performance & Functional issues, I provide expert guidance to ensure comprehensive issue resolution. I analyze hold reports and collaborate with stakeholders to expedite the resolution of invoice-related issues, ensuring timely payment processing. I develop and refine Accounts Payable policies using Quality Tools, driving continuous improvement initiatives. I mentor new team members, address critical escalations, lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and resolve region-specific challenges. Additionally, I execute payment voids, manage both manual and automated payment processes, support the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) help desk, and participate in Oracle Applications testing and deployment activities. I efficiently manage month-end closing activities, ensuring timely payments to domestic and international vendors and prioritizing client issues for resolution.
