Preside at the meeting of the executive council of RWCI and council of youth RWC III Level.
Monitor the general administration of the youth in the settlement and in the RWCI Area: (settlement, zone, and cluster).
Monitor the implementation of the refugee welfare council decisions.
On behalf of the cluster, oversee the performance of the persons employed by the refugee programmes to provide services to the cluster.
Monitor the services delivery or the implementations of the projects in the cluster and in the settlement as to do with full knowledge and in collaboration with the settlement commandant.
Act as a link /bridge between the refugee and the office of the settlement commandant on the refugee welfare council state of performance and challenges.
Act as a link between the refugee community and all other refugee program stakeholders on the established mechanism and guidelines agreed upon by the settlement commandant.
Implementation of the decisions, policies and directives from government as issued or conveyed from time to time by the settlement commandant and RWC III council.
Mobilizing the community for dialogue, awareness and sensitization
Educate the community on the laws and policies of the government of Uganda.
Reporting to the office of RWC III, OPM and Relevant authorities.
Take part in community development activities.
Mobilize young people for tournament and peaceful games to maintain peaceful co-existence in the settlement.
