• Trend analysis on key indicators such as flight operations, expenses, revenues, and important industry KPI’s;
• Actively participate in internal process automations, including SAP, DoA Payments and Data storing;
• Conduct scientific research, create business cases and provide recommendations to facilitate management decision-making;
• Continuously assist the Section Manager in digital transformation;
• Daily interaction with the Procurement department and manage procurement processes for all departments across UAE and Oman;
• Full Accounts Payable business cycle for UAE, Oman & Iran, including SAP FICO, banking portals, and cheques handling of multiple banks;
• Weekly reporting the HO Treasury department on administrative and depository funds;
• Budget Variance Analysis for all departments across UAE and Oman;
• Monthly/year-end accruals and multiple bank accounts reconciliations;
• Provide support and address queries from various company departments and liaise with vendors;
• Audit, record and process Petty cash liquidations;
• Budget Analysis: track monthly controllable expenses as well as ensure regional operating expenses are on monthly budget;
• Risk Management: identify risks of critical activities and categorize distinctive ways to mitigate them;
• Cost-Benefit Analysis: tested a newly initiated software that will assist in decision-making when choosing vendors, making an investment or starting a new project.
