Rectifying shop drawings of all HVAC & Electrical system (LV) with actual project conditions in start of the project.
Evaluates drawing’s quantity and report to planning team for ordering in order to perform better, economic and smooth execution of project activities.
Precise supervision of all erection activities of HVAC & Electrical system (LV) projects & and in need, improvising them with the best relevant technical indulgence as per BIS codes, Technical specifications & FQPs.
Evaluating PO quantities of all suppliers and labour vendors & reporting to PM for release of their Pos.
Follow up of materials & arranging sub-contractor’s manpower in required times.
Performing joint measurements with client, raising bills & collecting payment.
Verify sub-contractor erection measurements and bills, and verify labour compliances and submit to PM for further process.
Inspect the inward supplies with PO & TS, and passing the quantities billed by suppliers.
Maintain site correspondence with clients & sub contractors, material & updated document which are mandatory and convenient throughout the project.
Evaluates item rates from sub contractors and market supplies, and prepare own rates for submission to client for deviated & EI quantities.
Maintain Erection, testing & commissioning protocols in client’s presence and handing over of agreement items timely to the client.
Frame the work schedules in line of completion and submit daily, weekly & monthly progress to PM & client.
Watch over material entry, quality, quantity, requirement, utilization, storage and balance quantity scheduled transfers.
Check & suggest measures for workmen safety & maintain housekeeping, cleanliness at areas of work.
Looks after the round-the-clock operation of HVAC system, electrical system (LV) & Controls in order to ensure the best services is delivered to client.
Routine maintenances and preparing their reports. Submitting to client, and to service team.
