• Handling the biggest account in terms of revenue for my organization & have visited the client thrice in Saudi Arabia.
• Working for the Middle East & Indian region and helped Clients hire multiple middle and senior professionals (E&P and Service Companies)
• End-to-End Recruitment life cycle.
• Work with Business managers, Technical mangers and understand business needs in specific technologies.
• Upon receipt of Client requirements, plan and organize for the Recruitment Campaign. This involves preparation of Role Understanding, Client understanding Report and other subsequsubsequent steps towards sourcing, Scrutinizing the descriptions, screening and short-listing of resumes through Database Search, networking, referrals, Job Portals- Monster, Naukri, Times Jobs etc. and Social Networking Sites like Facebook and LinkedIn.
•Working closely with other team members to get better understanding of the requirement and hence helping in calibrating the interviewing process.
•Source, screen, evaluate and select candidates through a structured recruitment process designed to obtain the best candidates.
• Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources such as Portals, head hunting and worldwide organization & location mapping. Source resumes through Portals, employee referrals, internal Database, cold calling and headhunting.
• Contacting the candidates via mail and calling them up to brief them about the opening and about the client's organization. This is the most crucial phase in Relationship Building. Receiving updated resumes & based on suitability and relevancy as per clients requirement sending the CVs to the Technical Experts for approval and scheduling their Technical Discussion with In- House SMEs.
• Inform applicants of job duties and responsibilities, compensation and benefits, work schedules and working conditions, company policies, promotional opportunities and other related information.
• Telephonic assessment and screening of the candidates.
• Interacting with the candidates, giving them a brief about the position, roles and responsibility, technical requirement and checking their positional fitment.
• Shortlist candidates against Job Descriptions and forward CVs to Hiring Managers for review.
• Scheduling Candidates technical and behavioral interview with Subject Matter Experts and energy Experts and submitting final report to the client. Also coordinating Candidates interview with clients
• Preparing the Assessment Report of the candidates to be submitted to the client.
• Interacting with Client in submitting the resumes, getting the feedback and coordinating the interviews.
• Manage and update the recruitment DB.
• Salary negotiations with candidates on behalf of client.
• Develop strong client and candidate relationships and maintain communication with both.
Possess excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills with proven abilities in Talent Acquisition and coordination
• Possess the ability to motivate candidates and keep them enthusiastic throughout the process.
• Following up with prospective candidates until they complete all rounds of the interview.
• Assist the selected candidates in the Post-Interview stage. Regular follow-up with each candidate regarding their status.
