• Authenticate the business justification submitted for the non standard requests to ensure it is substantial and accurate before sending it up for approvals.
• Verification of Information provided by the distributor on all transactions, related to pricing, product mix, agreement details and customer specifics.
• Prepare executive summaries for the purpose of obtaining approvals from a higher management chain for additional discounts and other non standard requests.
• Primary contact for the distributors on all account related queries when the deal is being processed internally and key source of information on all transactional documents for the virtual team.
• Submit product migration requests and follow up with the Migrations team to ensure it is being processed smoothly within the assigned timeline.
• Drafting order documents, working closely with the contracts team to prepare final order package for the distributor.
• Close the loop by ensuring the signed order package received from the distributor reaches the order administration team to book the transaction.
Completed Bachelors in Information Science and Enginerring from the prestigiuos Siddaganga Institute Of Technology. Took part in various paper presentatations like in data ware housing, data mining, robotics etc. Participated in various cultural activities and various quiz competitions.
