Leading IngoMMT Product (extranet) and UX/UI team for seller facing product for the group that powers Goibibo, MakeMyTrip and RedBus. Did complete revamp of UI for desktop and app version along with added flows that led to conversion / adoption metrics up by 3X. ReArchitecture of platform was done to ensure long term stability.
This involved management of 450+ hyper local business development team comprising of Directors, Associate Directors, Category Managers and Senior Managers. Quickly formed playbook for end-to-end supplier management with strong focus to gain market share across top 100 hyper locations along with ownership of making supplier product compatible to global market. Drove strategies to accelerate market share gain with strong focus on top line and bottom line (Room Nights, Transactions, GMV, Revenue, EBITDA) Was heading assisted ecommerce initiative which was a new business to acquire offline consumers.
Formulate and Implement strategies for North and East India, building up healthy pipelines across all major vertical segments (Builders / Government / Repainting Societies and Commercial Property). Managed and lead the PnL to deliver value addition targets through a combination of product mix, discount, discount management and product rationalization. Built systems and processes which would ensure strategy getting converted to actions daily. Strong focus on capability development to create differentiation wrt competition. Drive engagement across levels with customer to grab long term high value contracts.
