Detail exposure of engineering of utility and power plant projects for soil investigation, land reclamation, structural engineering, fabrication and erection of structural steel, review of fabrication drawings, layout (station and BOP), equipment foundation design with rotating equipment, pile and pile cap, architectural design.
Key Responsibilities:
•Prepare and review of concept notes / DBR of civil related system.
•Review and approval of civil related drawings and contract documents.
•Preparation of BOQ, BOM and cost optimization.
•Construction supervision, project management, quality assurance and quantity surveying.
•Planning and design of predevelopment activities like approach road, drainage, construction offices etc.
•Coordination with Consultant, Owners engineer, engineer of other cross function and other site support functions.
• Appoint contractor & give technical approval for finalizing contractors.
Currently working on the following projects:
1. Waste heat recovery system (WHRS) power plant-EPC, RAK
2. Independent water & Power Plant (IWPP), RAK
3. SEWA pumping station, al Zubair, Sharjah
4. 32 MIGD PS & 5MIG storage tank, UAQ
5. 45MLD & 45MW IWPP in khor khuwair, RAK
6. 20MLD PAW Al-Ghubrah Oman
• Design of Steel Enclosures, Sheds, Foundations, Switchgear building, ware houses.
• Design of R.C.C building, Villa, House, Bungalow.
• Modeling and analysis of Structure.
• Calculation of all type of loads
• Design of Steel members by using STAAD.PRO Software
• ACI, IS & BS codes
• preparing & checking of Shop Drawings, Isometric drawings, CAD drawings
• Coordinating and managing with Drafting professionals to avoid any circumstances
• Producing and checking structural design blueprints such as shop drawings, plans, General arrangements (GA), Fabrication drawings, Isometric drawings etc.
• Coordinating and Meeting with Clients, Consultant, Main Contractor, MEP contractor for continues progress of work.
• Coordinating with our team includes Design team, Production team, Project Engineer, Site engineer to boost and push the work on time.
• Create and submit Design report to customer
• Study of Consultant Drawings ( Structural & architecture Drawings)
• Modelling and analysis of Building
• Design of Post Tensioning (PT) Slabs by using RAM-Bentley Software
• ACI Codes, BS code, IS code
• Design of Punching for the Columns
• Check and design for Lateral Loads by using ETabs
• Proper checking of Shop Drawings and Reinforcements
• Checking of Vertical and Horizontal PT
• Proper checking of PT clashing with MEP openings
• Calculation of all Machine loads on slab including B.M.U
• Design of Hospital Building (G+9) in STAAD.Pro V8i
• Design of Office Building(G+7) in STAAD.Pro V8i
• Design of Filters and Filter Annexe In STAAD.Pro V8i as per Indian (IS)codes
• Preparation of Report Files includes Loading Calculations, Design Calculations
