During my tenure I looked after disbursement activity and post disbursement (payment) activity at this organisation. Checking daily MIS prepared by executive, posting of amount paid by customers in their respective loan account, month end related activities, attending mails of collection team & customer service team and responding to it were my core activities. Apart from Foreclosures and refunding the amount to customer left after foreclosure if any was also taken care by my side. During my time at IndusInd Bank I had suggested some changes which resulted in saving of time in processing the activities performed by team members and which ultimately resulted in improvement in productivity.
I was Operations Executive at Tata Capital Housing Finance Ltd during my 1 and Half year tenure of service. At this organisation I was responsible for disbursement activity of Housing Loans. Core activities were checking of File and docket submitted to us by credit operations team. Checking involved insuring all documents attached as per the checklist, all statutory reports like technical report, legal report attached in file. Before handover of disbursement DD make sure that property documents along with agreement has been received and stamp duty paid.
Pursuing ACCA and Completed my CA-INTER in 2019 Completed by Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from commmerce stream from University of Mumbai. High school studies completed from D G Ruparel College.
