Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing
•Set up the sales and marketing operations across different districts in Gujrat & accountable for increasing sales growth and driving sales initiatives in order to achieve business goals.
•Appointed dealers & Sub Dealers in major markets like Ahmedabad, Ankleshwar, Surat, Mumbai.
•Ensuring attainment of primary and secondary targets of the assigned area.
•Identifying prospective clients, generating business from the existing clientele, thereby achieving business targets.
•Monitoring the entire gamut of channel activities through regular feedback, follow-ups and performance appraisals of the dealers & sales force.
•Indulge in direct sales & Marketing activities i.e. from enquiry generation, negotiation; order execution etc.



Business Development

•Establishing Sales Strategies & working within budgets for achieving top & bottom-line targets.
•Carrying out various promotional schemes & advertisement campaigns to ensure quality execution targeting market penetration and high impact customer attraction.
•Keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics.
•Identifying and developing new streams for revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business.

Channel & Distribution Management

•Recognizing and establishing financially strong and reliable channel partners for deeper market penetration; providing training & direction to channel partners for ensuring quality performance.
•Identifying & developing dealers network to ensure proper flow of the brand in the market; handling dealer’s network in Rajasthan.
•Conducting demand forecasting & managing inventory, ensuring optimum inventory levels with channel partners to ensure timely deliveries to the customers.

Customer Relationship Management

•Managing customer centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting delivery & service quality norms.
•Attending to client’s complaints and undertaking steps for effectively resolving them.

Team Management

•Mentoring and imparting training to the Sales & Marketing Representatives & Dealers to ensure sales and operational efficiency.
