Configuring and customization the sub modules of SAP HCM like Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll (PY), Time Management (TM), Travel Management (TM), Training & Event Management (TEM) and Recruitment.
•Created and maintained work schedules (WS), period work schedules (PWS) and Daily work schedules (DWS) and planned working time (PWT). Created Absence types, Absence Counting, Absence Quotas and Leave Entitlement.
•Created Wage types, configured Symbolic Accounts, mapped wage type to Symbolic accounts and assigned the Symbolic Accounts to G/L accounts.
•Create Business Event Groups, Business Event Types and Business Events Date Types.
