Operations Manager @ Synergy OAM since Dec 2016 - A facility management services company, managing the backend operations and projects related to IT, MEP works and other shared services. Projects executed in IT infrastructure design and implementation for SOAM’s clients.
Sr. IT Consultant and Technical Advisor since June 2015 to Dec 2016 @ InfoPark Middle East FZE - Dubai: As a Sr. IT Consultant; provided leading end-to-end solutions to some of the esteemed clients, tailored to their business needs. Providing expertise in Data Center Solutions and Information & Systems Security made to understand the strategies to provide the best support to new & existing clients. Measuring KPI performance of the team, maintenance & reporting of the IT infrastructure, to the regional head. Achievements: Implementation of IT infrastructure in other branch offices (Kuwait, Qatar, Abu Dhabi, Lebanon, Oman), procurement, implementation and actively monitoring the performance of data center infrastructure through monitoring system, consolidating of physical servers through virtualization. IT career started as Systems
Engineer in December 2000- July 2002. The company provides Hardware support and software solutions and web
applications. Hardware Support services include Annual Maintenance contracts, leasing workstations, Network (LAN)
installation and maintenance to/with SME companies.
