Responsible for managing the PreSales and Account Management Business for North America across the Digital & Analytics Practice of HCL that includes but is not limited to Customer Experience Platforms (Digital Marketing and eCommerce), Modern Application Development (Scale Digital, DevOps, Microservices, Mobility, Agile, Integration) & Data Analytics (Data Science, Big Data Tools, Analytics, AI/ML)

Responsible for business requirement gathering and documentation during an initial Consulting phase during client programs

Responsible for ensuring compelling RFP responses for customer-centric digital transformation programs to recommend best in class features and functionalities to drive great customer experience
Domain Split on RFP’s: 40per cent comprising TTL (Airlines, Supply Chain participants, Shippers, 3PL provider) and Manufacturing, 25 percent on Retail CPG, 15% each on Healthcare and Financial Services with the remaining split across Others.

Being 1 among 3 employees to be selected and granted a Visa, so as to meet clients and transition processes from the US and also saving a sinkinng process and reviving it to survive for a period of 3 months leading to Revenue Creation to the extent of about USD 25000.
Reason for Leaving:
To Pursue my Masters Degree overseas.
