Since Feb. 09 working with AUSTRIAN ARABIAN READY MIX CONCRETE BATCHING PLANT (DUBAI, UAE) as HSE OFFICER. This is an Arabtec Construction LLC Holding Company and we have six batching plants in all over UAE. One of the our plant is in Saadiyat Island and This Saadiyat Island is developing by Tourism Development Investment Company and our consultant is PARSONS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED. We followed all HSE rules and regulations of Parsons International Limited as well as UAE

From May’07 to Oct. 08 with Dodsal Engineering and Construction Limited, Qatar as HSE Officer.
Our project was in Ras Laffan Industrial City, QATAR and our client was QATAR PETROLEUM.
Ras Laffan Common Cooling Sea Water Project Phase II was a developing being undertaken by company for providing cooling water supply to various industries like Ras Gas, Qatar Gas located in Ras Laffan Industrial City, Approximately 80 KM long GRE/GRP Cross Country pipe line (up to 3.5 meter Dia.)And world biggest pump house installed at above ground and under ground also. This project was onshore and also offshore
Attainments:
Conducted spot site HSE Training for the staff as well as the contract workers.
Managed gas tests and approved the work permit system as per the Qatar Petroleum’s safety procedural manual.
Inspected power tools throughout the work site and gas cylinder storage concerned Scaffolding inspection & approval.
Spearheaded periodical inspection & refilling of the fire extinguishers & maintain records of the same.
Proposed new safety signboards, updated the displayed safety signboards on the regular basis.
Maintained records of the near miss incidences as well as accidents and prepared statistical data for the preparation of accident prevention program.
Achieved 25 Million Man Hours without LTI.
Followed Safety Standards of Qatar Petroleum and Ras Laffan Industrial City.
Brief Description of the company:Transpek-Silox is a chemicals manufacturing company located in India. The company has four manufacturing sites having head office at Vadodara, India. The company handles, manufactures & sells various hazardous chemicals like Sulphur Dioxide, Ethylene Oxide, Formaldehyde, sulphur, Oleum, Sulphuric Acid, Hydrochloric acid, Ethyl alcohol, methanol, Natural Gas, LDO, Furnace Oil etc.
Attainments:
Reviewed, monitored the implementations of work permit system.
Prepared Safety work procedures and effective implementation of HSE rules and regulation at work site.
Imparted safety training to employees on the shop floor as well in the classroom.
Published EHS bulletin on quarterly basis, awareness booklets on EHS.
Conducted safety quiz for the employees.
Introduced New Chemical Entry Procedure for all site and monitoring the implementation.
Implemented New Equipment Procurement Checklist form from EHS and implemented the same.
Arranged safety & environment exhibitions, safety & environment competitions for the employees.
Launched “Spot the Hazard scheme” monitoring of the scheme for participation.
Maintained accident record & investigating each incidence including first-aid injuries.
Introduced Near-miss accident reporting system and regularly monitoring the compliance with the help of Factory Manager.
Imparted training on use of fire extinguishers & usage of B.A.Sets.
Spearheaded periodical testing and monitoring of all Safety devices & Equipments.
Carried out entire training & documentation work for ISO 9001 (QMS) and ISO 14001 (EMS) for the factory including aspect register, significant aspects, EMPs, Objective & Targets, Apex Manual and work instructions.
Implemented of OHSAS 18001 at Atladra site is in advanced stage.
