Conduct Process Studies such as Thermo-hydraulic study, Concept and Feasibility study,
De-bottlenecking study, Transient Operation study during surge, Start-up and Shutdown, Pigging, Depressurization, etc.
Conduct Safety Studies such as HAZID, HAZOP, QRA, URA and RRA.
Equipment sizing (Separation, Furnace, Heat Exchanger, Columns), Line sizing, Pump sizing, Pipeline sizing, Hydraulic Calculation, Utility summary, etc.
Preparation of PFD, UFD and P&ID.
Preparation of Process Design Basis, Simulation Report, Operating, Control and Shutdown Philosophy.
Preparation of HAZID and HAZOP, Design Review Report, Project Risk Assesment Report, QRA Report, URA Report, RRA Report and PHSER Reports.
Participate in Project Kick-off meetings and present the Study Results to Client.
Preparation of Process Datasheets and provision of inputs to Instrumentation, Electrical and Mechanical Datasheets.
Prepare RFQ, interact with vendors and perform Vendor Document Review.

Line sizing & Hydraulics, Pipeline sizing & Hydraulics and Equipment sizing (Separation, Condensate Stabilization, Fuel gas System, De-Oiling, Gas Dehydration System, Dew Point Control System, Acid Gases Removal System, Storage and Metering), Line sizing, Pump sizing, Utility calculation and summary, etc.,

Preparation of Process Datasheets and provision of inputs to Instrumentation and Mechanical Datasheets.

Perform Vendor Document Review

Participate in HAZID, ENVID and HAZOP Meetings.

Conduct Inter-departmental Quality Assurance Audits
