Project Description : One of the largest Theme park in the World, Comprises of Fixed price Contract packages for Audio
Visual, Lighting and Electrical Low Voltage (ELV) Systems.
Preparing monthly Interim valuations (Lump Sum, Re measured and Milestone Methods).
∑ Identifying, measuring the variations and updating variation logs for various projects.
∑ Attending and reviewing variations with Consultant.
∑ Monthly site visit for Interim payment review with consultant.
∑ Reviewing sub contractor’s interim valuation for payments.
∑ Assisting with cost control activities - resource analysis.
∑ Coordinating with Project team for varies issues related to commercial terms.
∑ Assisting senior staff with preparation of EOT Claims with a value of 120 million dirham’s.
∑ Final Accounts and negotiations.
Take off measurements, Estimating and preparation of Bills of Quantities
∑ Negotiation of contract documents with sub contractors in pre and post contract stages.
∑ Preparing monthly interim valuations
∑ Identifying evaluating and negotiating variation values
∑ Preparing monthly Internal Costs reports to identify profits generated.
∑ Reviewing sub contractor’s interim valuation for payments.
∑ Responsible for implementing project cost control procedures, preparation of project budgets.
∑ Key member of commercial team attending site meetings with client consultants.
