o Preparation of various Management Information Reports
Feasibility studies - Weekly P & L - Sales, GP, Stock, Debtor and Creditor analysis reports - Cash Flow Forecast - Annual Budget and variance report
o Review Monthly Management Accounts
o Implementation of procedures for internal control
o Working Capital Management of the assigned operations
o Review the product costing
o Liaise with External Auditors and Inland Revenue Dept. for various Audit and Tax related matters
o Oversee the work allocated for subordinates in Finance Department
