Duties and Responsibilities

• Human Capital Management System (HCMS): To ensure the functionality of all HR System applications in coordination with Information Technology Division and maintain the Employee Information Database updated based on the Master database in HCMS.
• Organization Charts: Prepared the complete set of FERTIL Organization Charts implemented in 2010 and for the Re-Organization in 2012 and proposals for 2014 respectively. Update the same based on any Organizational changes, and maintain the revision history. Web publishing module of the same is developed and in line for implementation.
