Purpose:

• Oversee, maintain and upgrade existing Key Client to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction. • Coordinate, manage and resolve account maintenance issues.
• Develop and maintain relationships which benefit both the client and the organization;
• Achieve sales activities within specified time scales as directed by Head of China Desk.
• Develop sales presentations and participate in meetings with clients and external vendors.
• Ensure maintenance and demonstration of accurate knowledge of company’s products,
services, and overall benefit;
• Be aware of organizational growth initiatives regarding market and target customer segments, and the company’s potential to meet customer needs.
• Maintain current and accurate knowledge of competitor products and activities, be able to highlight their disadvantages and recommend and necessary tactical action;
• Provide time-phased, qualified reports on weekly activities and overall achievements;
• Maintain accurate records of client’s database;
• Handle correspondence related to all selling activities.
General Responsibilities:
• Maintain a high standard of personal presentation at all times;
• liaise with other members of the team to actively promote sales opportunities, exchange
information and increase professionalism;
• protects the organization’s value by keeping the information confidential;
• Ensure a safe working area and work procedure in line with the company’s Health and safety;
• Obtain necessary authority for expenses and recode same in line with company policy;
• Undertake any reasonable duties as specified by the Head of China Desk and CEO
