Duties:
Organized and responsible to all listing properties advertise through CRM
Transferring and answering Incoming and Outgoing calls
Providing the details from client inquiries (rental or sale) - Agent
Updating and refreshing daily listing properties at all website involve - Propertyfinder, Dubizzle, PropSpace, Just Property, Just Rental and Company Website
Organized to all kind of form such as Agent to Agent Agreement, Invoices receipt, and listing forms
Responsible to receiving courier, document, cheque deposit, and acknowledgement receipt from the tenant or landlord
Responsible and Handling employees database, confidential documents, and file managements, Listing properties and all Deals properties ( hard and soft copy )
Remind to all agents for their deal in rental for Tenancy Contract renewal
Receiving and sending important emails
Stationeries and pantry order
If necessary, doing Ejari as well - request by Manager
- Preparation of all correspondence, reports, and presentation
- Filling of all documents and correspondence
- Controlling to all original copy document
- Handle incoming important email
- Coordinating travel arrangements and hotel
- Distribution of all reports and correspondence
- Organizing monthly report expenses
- Collecting and summarized all petty cash from all staff member
- Attending to all incoming phone call
- Co- ordination of all planned meetings, including attendance and notification of meetings
- Co- ordination of the Office Manager time schedule and keeping diary up-dated
- Any other requirement as directed by the Office Manager
