 Managing company human resources and organizational development activities within policies laid down and delegated authority;
 Implementation of company HR policies and procedures and ensures that they conform with existing laws and corporate statues;
 Manages and maintenance of sound and modern HRM within delegated authority, such personnel matters as recruitment, placement, transfer, promotion, termination, salary increment and employee benefit programs;
 Mitigate legal risk to the organization through proactive training and education, clear systems and processes for managing conflicts with and between employees, handling and investigating complaints of any unjust practice allegations.
 Maintain current knowledge and application of all relevant laws and regulations at the local, state and national level relating to employment and ensure organizational compliance.
 Educate and advise managers and senior leaders on HR-related legal and regulatory matters and ensure HR programs, practices and policies are aligned.
