Planned, prioritized and supervised operational efforts of up to 320+ personnel across 13
specialties ( Accounts, HR, PRO, Teacher training center, Marketing, Teachers, Teaching
assistants, Business support managers, Business development managers, Training
managers, social media coordinators, Curriculum coordinators, Receptionists ). Establish
short term priorities and long term strategic goals in line with business support managers.
Oversaw IT requirements and lead marketing team to achieve their goals / targets. Supplier
relationship, meetings to discuss on the new marketing goals and needs for the school.
• Chaired admin meetings and supervised 10 personnel who establish priorities,
created workflow schedule and allocated resources to meet objectives.
• Tracked and analyzed key performance indicators (KPI’s) and metrics to detect
positive and negative trends, recognize training needs, correct policy or procedures
and optimize operational efficiency .
• Improved quality assurance (QA) pass rates to 85 % on annual inspections
• Develop and implement new policies and procedures and quality processes for
expansion in all areas of the business
• Oversee of file preparation, document categorization and file quality control.
• Conduct customer survey to provide status of program operations, quality
standards and satisfaction metrics
• Roll out of employee, 360 satisfaction, supplier, society, partner etc and to
analyze the results and provide AFI’s for each team to work on their action plan.
• Collaborate with operational department to support new product development,
project planning and manage quality control programs.
• Design new processes, statistical analysis, and quality concept and system
programs.
• Create strategies and plans for product approvals including inspections
• Business, quality awards, local government awards applications to be worked
on like SKEA, DQA, DHDA, UAE innovation award, MRM, Sharjah
Excellence Award, CSR label award, Arabia CSR Award etc and all other
international and national level awards which has education or service category.
